Your dreams come true
Looking for a dream kitchen? A family friendly design? Quality materials at an affordable price? A dependable builder? Then it is time to build a Homeway Home. Come visit a Homeway Home Authorized Builder and experience our personalized modular homes and see for yourself why we say they’re quality built for better living.
Planning ahead
If you could build your home any way you wanted, how would you do it? At Homeway Homes we recognize that a quality built house only becomes a home if it improves your life. Therefore every Homeway Home is full of choices. We have over 40 house plans to choose from. We offer a unique selection of products and options all designed with you in mind. From cabinets to countertops, kitchen appliances to bathroom fixtures, geothermal heating and air conditioning units to hardwood and tile flooring. Rather than trying to imagine from books or samples what the end product will look like, visit a Homeway Homes Model Home Center with numerous fully built and furnished Homeway Homes so you can see for yourself. Our showrooms are a convenient and timesaving place for home buyers to make their decisions. “Previously, customers would have to look at books and small samples or go from showroom to showroom at the various distributors to find all the components they would need,” explains Rick Eilts. “We give them the chance to look at our floor plans, personalize their home, pick out their tiles, cabinets, plumbing fixtures, doors and flooring—all in one place.”
Working together
Every Homeway Home is built for you. When you visit a model home center, or tour one of our home, you’ll experience our attention to detail. We will help you determine the best floor plan for you and your family. Our experienced design professionals will assist you with all of the custom choices in our showroom and give you options on how to make this truly your Homeway Home. You are then assigned a project manager that will organize the details of building your home, the team that prepares your building site, setting your home and the finishing work. You have constant contact, communication and updates.
Building a better way
If you could build your home any way you want, how would you do it? With a Homeway Home, every house is built using state-of-the-art modular construction technology. From roofing shingles to the sub-floor, the building products used in a Homeway Home are carefully selected to work better, last longer and provide the highest level of energy efficiency without compromising functional design or visual aesthetics. Building your house in a controlled, indoor environment allows us to take advantage of highly efficient building process and techniques which cannot be accomplished with a site-built home. Regular quality inspections and exacting materials usage allow us to build a home that meets or exceeds local building codes. And a Homeway Home construction project is not at the mercy of the weather or a sub-contractor’s schedule. A Homeway Home is crafted by some of the best carpenters, plumbers and electricians available and we feel that is where the ‘Quality Built” starts.
Trends in Design
We stay current on all of the latest building trends. That can range from colors and textures to updated building materials. We offer the latest in home design and fashion. Those trends have also allowed us to develop our own energy efficient home building system. Brian Schieler, president of Homeway Homes believes, “Our Energy Strength Insulation System uses time-tested and proven technology that has become the standard insulation system for Homeway Homes because today, using regular insulation is just not enough”. In December of 2005, Homeway Homes was named an Energy Star Partner by the United States Department of Energy.
