President & CEO - Bob Schieler

Ted Schieler, CGB, CSP

Ted is the General Manager of Schieler & Rassi. Ted grew up in the trades working along with his father, Bob Schieler, one of the founding partners of Schieler & Rassi. Ted brings over 15 years experience in the residential and commercial building arena. Ted served as President of the Home Builders Association of Greater Peoria in 2002 and remains active in the local and state Home Builders Association. Ted maintains his CPS designation from the National Association of Home Builders and has recently achieved the level of Certified Graduate Builder (CGB). Ted is a graduate of the University of Illinois. Ted and his wife Peggy reside in Goodfield with their children BJ and Mariah.

Benj Knapp

Benj is the Chief Operations Officer for Schieler & Rassi with over 7 years experience within the company. Benj has been in the residential building field for over 15 years. He is responsible for all crew operations in the field. Benj and his wife Karen reside in Eureka with their four children Brice, Evan, Valerie, and Morgan.

Dale Banwart, CPA

Dale is the Chief Financial Officer for Schieler & Rassi. Dale joined the company in 2007 after accumulating over 6 years of experience in private industry and 5 years in public accounting. Dale graduated summa cum laude from Illinois State University in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science degree in finance. Dale and his wife Missy reside in Congerville with their six children Heidi, Angie, Mark, Luke, Jason, and Abbie.
